About the role:
Dyson is accelerating its growth in Mexico and Latin America, with Marketplaces central to expanding Dyson’s reach in these regions. As a Senior Marketplace Analyst, you will lead the optimization, performance, and strategy behind Dyson’s product presentation on Marketplaces, ensuring brand excellence and driving commercial results.
You will play a pivotal role in Dyson’s ambitious digital expansion, taking ownership of Marketplace merchandising initiatives and strategy. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will oversee the planning and execution of content, assortment, and promotional activities, ensuring Dyson stands out against competitors and delivers a premium experience to customers. You will collaborate regionally with cross-functional teams and mentor junior colleagues.
Purpose of the role
The Senior Marketplace Analyst is accountable for delivering world-class merchandising, flawless execution of product setups and launches, and ongoing optimization of Dyson’s marketplace presence. Your decisions and insights will help shape Dyson’s success in the digital retail space across MX and LATAM.
Main duties and responsibilities
Responsible for the flawless execution of product catalog management and product launches optimized for conversion
Manage the Marketplace product catalog across both all categories
Support in audits to ensure most accurate and up-to-date completion of Dyson product information, images, and brand messaging
Effectively manage timelines to ensure product content and specification are available and ready for new product launches
Engage with Dyson.com Site Merchandising team and digital content team to align best practices for content optimization on Marketplaces
Responsible for several day-to-day operational tasks and projects that will ensure seamless execution of processes and accurate visibility for daily trading
Manage and improve daily sales and inventory dashboard reporting
Support various teams involved with order processing to secure best in class post purchase experience for customers
Partner with internal Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure Marketplace SLAs are met
Identify problems and solve them
Be an active subject matter expert on all things Marketplace
About you:
Demonstrable experience in online content administration role or similar
Passionate about ecommerce, technology & the opportunities it brings to traffic & sales
Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior.
Self-starter with lots of initiative
Strong written language skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Highly analytical, commercially astute and numerate.
Good project management and communication skills, both written & verbal
Creativity in product presentation
Desirable
Experience with a brand that sells direct to consumers
Experience with Mercado Libre
Commercial awareness, experience building business cases to show value of new project initiatives to multiple stakeholders
Demonstrable experience in online content administration role or similar

Technical requirements
Proven working experience in merchandising
Experience using a CMS programs (ideally Magento, channel advisor and/or adobe experience manager and/or Hybris).
Demonstrable experience working knowledge of HTML, CSS and web mark-up languages
Strong technical capability, experience briefing development and creative teams
An understanding of analytics to measure performance of activity and make recommendations to change. Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Experience using analytic tools such as google and adobe analytics is preferred.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technological advancements in the digital marketing landscape
Must be able to adhere to a 5-day office attendance schedule
