About the Role

Dyson Korea is expanding its eCommerce capabilities, aiming to deliver a creative, innovative, and high‑growth approach to the direct‑to‑consumer online experience.

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce for Dyson Korea, the Senior eCommerce Manager will play a pivotal role in continuously enhancing the online customer journey on Dyson’s official brand website. You will help shape and execute the strategic direction of the online business as part of Dyson’s broader growth plan.
In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams across global and local marketing, CRM, and sales functions. As the individual directly accountable for Dyson’s online commercial performance, this position offers an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in eCommerce within a technology‑driven and innovation‑led organization.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-

  • Define and drive the strategy for the Korea e-commerce business to achieve sales objectives within profit targets, while preserving and strengthening brand integrity. 한국 이커머스 비지니스 전략을 수립하고 주도하는 책임이 있습니다. 세일즈 목표 달성 뿐 아니라 브랜드 가치를 지키고 강화시키는 역할입니다

  • Plan and execute the marketing and promotional calendar, driving sales and margin improvement, lead generation, consumer acquisition, site traffic, average transaction size, and order frequency. 기획 된 마케팅 및 프로모션 캘린더를 기획 및 실행하여 목표를 증대하고, 이를 통해 신규 고객, 트래픽 등 모든 부분의 개선을 이끕니다

  • Ensure alignment with regional and local retail marketing strategies and activation plans. 시장 상황에 맞춘 전략과 실행을 이끌어 나가야 합니다.

  • Develop short-term and long-term plans by working closely with e-commerce channels. 이커머스 채널과 긴밀히 협력하며 단기적·장기적 플랜을 세워야 합니다.

  • Alignment of inventory demand, and sales plan through accurate forecasting with finance and supply chain. 정확한 수요 예측을 통해 재고 수요와 판매 계획을 내부 팀과 조율합니다.

Skills and experience requirements:-

  • Proven experience in delivering results through collaboration with domestic e-commerce channels such as Naver, Kakao, and Coupang. 네이버, 카카오 등 국내 이커머스 채널과 협업하여 성과를 창출한 경험이 필요합니다.

  • 15 years’ experience and proven track of record in delivering significant revenue growth through strategic planning & brand partnerships. 전략적 기획과 브랜드 파트너십을 통해 매출 성장을 달성한 15년 이상의 경력과 입증 된 실적이 있어야 합니다.

  • Strong commercial acumen with solid P&L ownership and budget management experience. 뛰어난 비지니스 감각이 필요하며, 손익 및 예산 관리의 역략이 필요합니다.

  • Ability to work effectively within a cross‑departmental team environment. 부서간의 원활한 협업을 할 수 있는 능력이 필요합니다.

  • Experienced people leader with the capability to coach, develop, and motivate large teams. 팀을 이끌고 코칭 및 역량 개발이 가능한 리더쉽이 필요합니다.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Fluent in Korean with the ability to communicate in basic English.
