About the role
- As a Retail Activation Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with selective distribution distributors' websites
- Managing the online launch of new products: includes product pages and updating eSIS.
- Improving the customer experience online: Developing and implementing plans to enhance the customer experience and ensuring consistency across channels.
- Building and executing the online activation roadmap: Selecting activation levers that match desired sell-out results and allocating investments (back margin/marketing budget) accordingly.
- Plan and manage retail media activities (banners, sponsored products, newsletters, homepage takeovers, etc.)
- Measuring performance: Defining and tracking key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and ROI of online and offline campaigns. Analyzing sales data, and highlight measures to provide actionable insights.
- Monitoring the market and analyzing the competition: Tracking market trends and identifying potential competitive threats. Supporting strategies to maintain Dyson’s leadership and growth in the market.
- Project management: Leading projects and ad-hoc initiatives aimed at improving sales activation and customer engagement.
- Budget management: Managing budgets allocated to activation activities, ensuring effective allocation and tracking of expenditures.
- Creating synergies between countries within the southern europe cluster (data analysis, roadmap roll-out) to improve efficiency and optimize resources.
- Gathering and sharing best practices with other countries in the cluster.
About You
- To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- A Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing or Sales.
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital activation, retail media marketing, or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of online consumer journeys and retailer environments.
- Data-driven mindset and solid analytical skills—comfortable with campaign reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Creative, collaborative, rigorous, and always looking for smarter ways to work. Ability to proactively identify challenges and propose solutions.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines, with high rigor.
- Assertive, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively present ideas, projects, and results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Fluency in French and English is essential (minimum B2 level).
