About the role
Working across cross-functional teams, this person will focus on gleaning actionable insights from our US, Canada and Mexico customer data as it relates to brand engagement, satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately driving improvements to Customer Lifetime Value.
Represent the voice of our owners through insights and data, and enabling stakeholders to do the same
Mine complex data sets to produce key insights that inform and improve our customer experiences
Utilize our 1st party data and owner segmentation model to recommend the next best action for an Owner to take at a given point in their journey
Leverage data sources that include but are not limited to: our Google Cloud platform data warehouse, Forsta survey data used for measuring NPS, Sprinklr Social Media listening tool and Google Analytics
Lead, define and optimize Owner Experience KPI measurement and reporting
Oversee data quality management, data integrations, and data enhancements, liaising with regional peers to influence roadmap and
Ensure data privacy standards are kept at all times
About you
Bachelor’s degree in an analytic-focused field is preferred (e.g. statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics or business analyst related background)
5-7 years in Analytics, Data Management, Business Intelligence (BI) or related field
Advanced knowledge of SQL to achieve reporting/analytical goals, such as aggregate functions, window functions, and subqueries
Hands-on experience with enterprise-level data management processes/flows, policy, and standards, ideally in a Salesforce environment
Previous analytical experience demonstrating commercial success by activating DTC, customer or commercial insights through quantitative data analyses.
Experience identifying and investigating data quality issues within large data sets
Expertise in creating visualizations of insights in tools such Tableau, Looker, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, acting as key liaison between IT and commercial stakeholders
Experience presenting to and advocating to an executive leadership level
Proven ability to simplify and distill complex data/findings into key actionable insights
Adept at translating business questions and needs into data requirements
Problem-solver mentality with the ability to partner effectively with internal/external stakeholders
Demonstrates genuine and proactive commitment to delivering results that improve the Owner Experience
Familiarity with how to measure, test, and report on Customer/CRM campaigns through channels such as email, text messaging, and push notifications
Experience with digital analytics platforms, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar
Preferably, exposure to programming in Python, especially analytical packages such as pandas, numpy, or matplotlib
