About the role
We are looking for a HR Intern based in Singapore to support HR‑led employee engagement, inclusion, recognition, and broader people initiatives across the Singapore workforce.
This role sits within the People team and focuses primarily on coordinating and delivering employee engagement programmes throughout the year. This includes, but is not limited to, festive celebrations, inclusion initiatives, moments that matter across the employee lifecycle, and other HR programmes.
The intern will support stakeholder coordination, programme logistics, and engagement communications to drive participation and deliver a positive employee experience.
During periods of lower engagement activity, the intern will also support wider HR work, such as HR projects, onboarding or employee lifecycle initiatives, documentation, and basic data or feedback analysis. This provides a balanced workload and broad exposure to the end‑to‑end HR function in an enterprise environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with feedback, data, and basic analysis
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow‑through

Interest in employee engagement, organisational culture, inclusion, or people experience
Experience in event planning, student leadership, or HR‑related coursework is advantageous
Please note
