About The Role
Oversee the full statutory audit cycle (group, statutory, interim) for assigned EMEA entities, coordinating calendars, deliverables, issue resolution, and closure of audits. Maintain the EMEA Statutory Dashboard, communicate progress and risks, and ensure regular, effective updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate across Dyson teams and external partners to address audit findings, enhance controls, support audit readiness, and resolve complex audit-related matters.
Statutory Reporting & Compliance:
Manage the end-to-end statutory compliance and reporting process for EMEA entities, ensuring the accurate preparation and submission of financial statements and all local regulatory requirements, in compliance with Dyson policies and local regulations.
Oversee the reconciliation and mapping of local/group accounts (including SAP), alignment of P14 postings, FS presentation to directors, and coordinate signature and submission processes.
Support and facilitate internal and external audits, perform internal controls, analyze variances in financial drivers, and drive process improvements and standardization of disclosures across regions.
Business Partnership & Improvement:
Act as a strategic business partner to internal finance, tax, treasury, GPOs, and DBS functions; contribute to major improvement initiatives and carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Statutory Financial Control Senior Manager.

Experience/Qualifications:
University degree (Business / Finance / Economy / Management)
CIMA/ACCA, will be an asset. CA qualification is a must.
3 -6 years’ experience in RTR/Controlling/Reporting/Statutory Reporting in the international organisation.
Knowledge of SAP, Caseware and Blackline; lean six sigma qualification is a plus.
Fluency in English and clear and concise communication style.
