About The Role
The Statutory Financial Control Lead will be responsible for:
DBS Group and Local Audit management:
Owner of the relation with Audit Partner from DBS side incl. overall communication and official documents management.
Coordination of all Audit Calendars with Compliance Group department, Tax department, all DBS Departments, DBS Financial Controllers, Local Market and the external auditor.
Organize Audit related meetings for DBS teams internally and externally with Auditors during the whole audit process (e.g.: planning, kick off, status meetings, escalations handling, post audit debrief etc.).
Drive timely Audit process execution under DBS. Owner of the DBS escalation process.
Audit scope review in cooperation with Group Compliance and Auditor. Maintain audit procedures requests list review and cross responsible assignment per task.
Maintain Auditor communication platform to ensure proper DBS participants assignment, deadlines and requirements.
Manage VDI environment for Auditor (SAP access and IT issues resolution)
Coordinate and monitor deliverables for audit incl. DBS KPIs under audit and work with DBS Operation Managers for improvement
Organize internal trainings under DBS to explain audit process and audit procedures
Audit Findings: cooperate with all required Dyson teams to create and execute the mitigating action plan to reduce the number of findings and adjustments.
Engage with DBS Teams, Internal Control and proper stakeholders to drive compliance processes and cooperate with Internal Control team for improved control framework.
Provide expert support to DBS departments in resolving complex audit-related issues.
Support Group audit during onsite auditor testing.
Obtaining relevant documentation for auditors for centralised procedures incl. IT engagement.
About you

Qualifications
University degree (Business / Finance / Economy / Management)
CIMA/ACCA, will be an asset.
5 -7 years’ experience in RTR/Controlling/Statutory Reporting/Audit process in the international organisation.
Knowledge of SAP and Blackline; lean six sigma qualification is a plus.
Fluency in English and clear and concise communication style.
Thorough and detail oriented.
Self-motivated and inquisitive.
